Youth Mental Health First Aid helps adults discover how to recognize the signs and symptoms that suggest a potential mental health challenge, how to listen nonjudgmentally, how to connect to a youth who may be experiencing a mental health challenge, and how to refer a person to appropriate professional support and services.

This is a blended in-person course. Registrants will receive an email invitation that will provide access to material that must be completed online prior to attending the in-person training event. The approximate time commitment for the online pre-work is 2.5 hours.

This training is available to adult members, and non-members.

You may qualify to earn valuable continuing education units (CEU) in your respective profession. If you would like to receive CEUs for this course, you will need to research and request the necessary documentation to file for CEU credit independently.
