Program Credits
Fund adventures with Program Credits.
Girl Scouts aren't just learning valuable skills, such as financial literacy and goal setting, when they participate in the Cookie Program and Fall Product Program. They are earning Program Credits that they can use to explore new activities!
What are Program Credits?
GSSA Program Credits are offered as a reward for participation in Girl Scout Product Programs. Program Credits can be earned in the Munchies & Mags Fall Product Program as well as the Girl Scout Cookie Sale.
Program Credits are issued at the conclusion of each product program. Program Credits can be used as a form of payment in our retail locations or can be used for any product or program offered by Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama. Program Credits can also be transferred to the GSUSA Girl Scout Shop, by one-way transfer.
How to Use Your Program Credits
You can use your Girl Scout Program Credits to pay for retail items, membership renewals, event registrations, summer camp, or transfer them for online shop purchases.
In-Store Retail Purchases
No form needed! Program Credits can be spent directly on any item at all Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama retail locations.
Online, Renewal, Event & Camp Purchases
To use Program Credits for other purchases, select the appropriate option on the Program Credit Request Form (WEB):
Membership Renewal: Select Membership Renewal and we'll process your renewal for you.
Event Registrations: Select GSSA Summer Camp before the event's registration deadline.
Summer Camp: Select Summer Camp to apply your credits directly toward your camp balance.

Program Credits expire the 2nd August after they are earned. For Example: Program Credits earned in Fall Product Program 2023 and Cookie Program 2024 will expire August 2025. You will have a minimum of 15 months to use Program Credits before they expire.
