September 12th & 13th is Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend! Join Girl Scouts sisters at one of six Alabama State Parks within our council area or feel free to journey further to Northern Alabama for a fun filled weekend. In total Alabama State Parks is offering 35 events across 14 different state park locations!
Below are the six Alabama State Parks located within our council area. If you would like more information on State Parks located outside of our council area or to register, please click the "Register Now" button.
- Chewacla State Park - Auburn
- Frank Jackson State Park - Opp
- Gulf State Park - Gulf Shores
- Lakepoint State Park - Eufaula
- Meaher State Park - Spanish Fort
- Wind Creek State Park - Alexander City
Each State Park location has multiple events to choose from on either Saturday, September 12th or Sunday, September 13th. Some events may be an overnight campout. You are welcome to create your own overnight campout at any of the Alabama State Parks for an extra exciting outdoor adventure!
