Calling all curious minds! Explore the world of STEM at the Alabama Science and Engineering Fair hosted by Auburn University. The fair begins with a public viewing of the winning regional research posters from middle and high school students across Alabama. After viewing the student research posters, visit the STEM is Everywhere Expo with informational tables, displays, and interactive activities that highlight the breadth of STEM programs and careers. Organizations from academia, industry, and business will serve as exhibitors at the Expo, and be sure to visit the Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama table! Free parking is available at the Stadium Parking Deck. Girl Scouts will receive a custom STEM Exploration Fun Patch for attending!
1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Public Viewing of Student Research Posters (ACLC classrooms, 2nd and 3rd floors)
1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. STEM Expo - Hands-on Exhibitor Tables (ACLC Atrium, 2nd and 3rd floors)
For a full day of STEM fun, check out Vet Fest from 9am - 1pm hosted by Auburn's College of Veterinary Medicine for FREE!
*Girl Scouts who attend will meet requirements for the STEM Career Exploration Badges available for all age levels! Badges are available for purchase online or in one of our GSSA retail shops.
