Kappa Delta Sorority is hosting a climbing challenge at the University of South Alabama climbing wall, located in the campus student recreation center.
Join the Kappa Deltas and see if you can reach the top! Then, spend some time crafting custom trucker hats with the sorority members.
Girl Scouts will earn their climbing badge for their age level. Due to space and time constraints, adults will not be able to participate in the climbing or create a hat.
Please note, age levels will climb together, and the event will be timed by age so you will not be on campus for the entirety of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Each age level will have one hour to climb beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Daisies, 11:00 a.m. Brownies, 12:00 p.m. Juniors, 1:00 p.m. Cadettes and above.
If registration numbers are low, all age groups will be grouped together from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with Daisies, Brownies and Juniors at 10:00 a.m. and Cadettes and above at 11:00 a.m.
Craft time will take place before and after your climb time.
