The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales will march in four Mobile Mardi Gras parades this season. Girl Scouts and their families have an opportunity to watch trainers work with these amazing creatures as they prepare to march in the parades. The horses will be present, however, touching or approaching the horses is not allowed. The trainers will be available for questions as their work allows.
There is no charge to attend these viewings and no registration necessary. There are four free opportunities for the community to visit with the Clydesdales. Instead of arranging a single Girl Scout visit, we ask that troops and families visit the horses as their schedule allows.
GSSA is designing a fun patch to commemorate your visit and the appearance of the clydesdales in the parades. Patches will be available to purchase for $4.00 on a pre-order basis through February 20th. Patches will not be stocked in the council store.
