During the American Revolution, Mobile was a vital strategic hub on the Gulf Coast for the Spanish! While the 13 colonies fought for independence from Britain, Spain was fighting against the British in what would become the Southern United States. The fight here in Alabama took resources away from Britain's fight against the colonies eventually aiding in their victory!
Now, you can learn about that history and what life was like during the colonial era in the South!
Come be completely immersed by learning colonial games, making your own quill ink pen to take home, seeing living history demonstrations, and touring the historic Fort Conde.
All participants will receive a limited edition GSSA 250th patch!
