Often overlooked, art can be found within the billboards, to-go cups,
street signs, and catchy jingles we experience in our everyday lives.
When an artwork catches your eye, think about the person behind it
that designed it. From illustrators to architects to conductors,
careers in art can be found in so many places! Every career path has
at least some form of art within its' field. If you have a passion for
creating, designing, music, theater, dance, etc., then join us for Art
Career Exploration led by Sunshine & Pixie Dust!
Cadettes,
Seniors, and Ambassadors will spend the afternoon in the Sunshine
& Pixie Dust studio exploring vibrant careers pertaining to ART!
Find out what qualifications, certifications, or path you will need to
follow to reach your goal. Whether you love to perform on stage or
prefer operating the backstage light and effects, a career path in art
is possible. With proper planning and dedicated research, you can find
the path to follow your dreams. Enjoy this afternoon of exploration
led by professional artists who can share their experience. Plus, Girl
Scouts will enjoy crafting and take home an art piece of their own
creation. All Girl Scouts will receive a fun patch for
attending.
