How many of us have had our identity stolen? I know I have, and it's no joke! None of us want strangers listening in on our phone calls or reading our emails. From privacy settings to passwords, LMK (the newest interactive Web site from Girl Scouts and Windows) shows you how to keep your private info private. There is a quiz (which surprisingly I didn't do too bad on), polls and girls talking about privacy. This is great for girls and adults... so check it out, and get your keys to the cyberworld!

Thanks to GSSA volunteer Nancy Melkerson for letting us know about InsaneScouter's guide, Discounts to Scouts! The guide contains stores that give discounts to scouts, and what the discount is. Did you know you can get scout discounts at Bass Pro Shops, Starbucks, McDonalds, Walmart and more?? Check it all out at http://insanescouter.org/p/4990/28/Discounts_to_Scouts.html.
If
you plan to attend either "in-person" training, please contact Teri Eversole (ext. 1302)
for the Mobile Volunteer Center training and Cheryl Miller (ext. 2302) for the Montgomery
Volunteer Center training. Fall product sale chairs, service unit
managers, troop leaders and troop cookie chairs all are invited to attend the
training of their choice. There's also Fall Product information up on our
website - check it out!
