In our previous entry, we linked the Safety-Activity Checkpoint for Parades. Here's another reminder:
1. If your troop plans to participate in a Christmas parade, be sure and email Mary Anne Brutkiewicz (mbrutkiewicz@girlscoutssa.org ) with the following information: date, time, place, nature of the parade, troop number, program level and number of girls participating.
Remember, Girl Scouts are allowed to participate in parades, but are not allowed to throw items -- we don't want anyone to be injured in all the excitement.
