Give new life to old shoes! Bring your gently-used athletic shoes to the Thin Mint Sprint on February 26. Just tie the laces together to keep the shoes in pairs and drop them off -- they will land on the feet of someone who really needs them.
As an added bonus, Girl Scouts of South Alabama may receive a cash prize if we are among the top three schools or groups who donate the most shoes.
The Many More Miles Campaign is a community project hosted by Baldwin Bone & Joint, P.C., and collects shoes for the homeless outreach programs of Wings of Life and Discovery Ministries.
