Huggable Heroes Program

In a world full of young leaders, Build-A-Bear Workshop's Huggable Heroes program recognizes young people doing community service. As a Girl Scout, your community service  can be rewarded by this program. The program selects ten Huggable Heroes to each be awarded with a $7,500 educational scholarship and $2,500 in the form of a donation to the charity of choice. To qualify you must be within the ages of eight and 18 years old and be doing extraordinary things in your community or around the world, to better the lives of others. Entry forms are available at all Build-A-Bear Workshop stores as well as online. This is a great opportunity for all Girl Scouts, applications are due by February 26, 2010.
