The Auburn University College of Sciences and Mathematics'
Society of Women in Sciences and Mathematics (SWSM) will hold its 4th
annual Women's Leadership Symposium on Friday, August 21, 2009, at The
Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center from 8:30 a.m. -
2 p.m. The university is holding 5 slots specifically for Girl Scouts
until August 5. This is
for girls in 9-12 grade, and 50 girls will be invited to
attend. Interested adults also may attend for the full $50

Dr. Kathy Pearson '84- Keynote
Dr. Pearson is a senior consultant and the Director of Executive Education
for Decision Strategies International (DSI), a management consulting firm
focused on scenario-based strategic planning and decision-making. Dr.
Pearson also serves as an adjunct associate professor in the Operations
and Information Management Department at The Wharton School.
