Hello, my name is Cheyenne and I am a Cadet Girl Scout and Press Rep. I am going to talk about Girl Scout cookies. My favorites are Caramel Delights, Lemonades and Thanks-a-Lots. I guess I love them because I love chocolaty, soft, melt-in-your-mouth kind of cookies. Lemonade cookies bring summer-like comfort to winter and spring.

I also love selling Girl Scout cookies! Before cookie sales start, we go to classes about how to count money, count back change, make deposits and keep track of how much we sold. This also helps in school math classes. But that's not all... I love to interact with people. We always greet our customers with a big smile. A smile can make people very happy just like OUR COOKIES can. So stay happy and enjoy!

Cookie sales are always a divergent, enthralling experience each year. Whether or not you are participating just for the fun of it or to achieve a prize or money for summer camp, each sale is an adventure.Vending the famous merchandise is a unique experience that allows girls and leaders alike to think like entrepreneurs. The phrase "supply and demand" gains a new meaning when a young scout faces the reality of how to truly set a box of treats into a customer's hand in exchange for funds. Girls must adjust their thinking to encompass economical truths about the most prosperous avenues for their booths.

Trial and error also teaches scouts the polite approach for sales. Girls learn the importance of communication in our world today and the hefty reward achieved through dedication and perfected technique. The cuteness of each uniform also assists in impressing a customer.

Girl Scouting is an incredible organization, which allows girls to build a strong voice and power, then share it with the world. Cookie sales are a stepping-stone towards crafting this resoluteness of character. By facing different scenarios and perfecting new skills, scouts grow courage and confidence.

The physical profit of monetary gain allows girls the opportunity to seek new adventures. The funds have empowered scouts to attend summer camp, special Girl Scout Destinations, and much, much more. I was able to afford a magnificent, awe-inspiring sailing trip along the Florida Keys. Through these favorable advantages girls test their skills and continue to accomplish exceptional achievements.

Hi! My name is Brittany and I am in Troop 8056 in Mobile, AL. I am going to tell you about the Girl Scout cookies that we are selling this year.

My favorite Girl Scout cookie is the Shout Out because it is so yummy and delicious. I know that if you try them you will say they're yummy too. The first Girl Scout cookie was the Shortbread. I have tried the shortbread cookie and it is good. My troop used a recipe and made the first original cookie. My sister and I burned our cookies. The next one is the Thin Mint. I love them because if you freeze them they are yummy. The next cookie is the Caramel DeLite. I like them so much because they has so much coconut. My dad and I love to sit on the couch and eat them with a glass of milk. The next cookie is the Peanut Butter Patty. I don't like these very much but my sister Brianna LOVES them. She said they taste like a Reese's peanut butter cup. There is also a Peanut Butter Sandwich. The Thanks-A-Lot cookie is good and if you don't know how to say thank you, get a package of these and it says thank you in five different languages. I love the Lemonades also. They are good to eat with a glass of cold milk too.

I like selling Girl Scout cookies because I get to meet new people. I like going to different places to sell cookies. My favorite part of selling Girl Scout cookies is the fun stuff my troop gets to do with the money and the cute prizes that I earn. I also get to go to camp with the money that I get from cookies that I sell.

Last year, I sold over 2,000 boxes of cookies. This year, I am going to sell that many cookies because I want to go to 2 weeks of camp. The thing I like about Girl Scouts is earning patches and going places. I love Girl Scouts! It's fun!
