We’re compiling our history! We want to know about your area events and projects, your trips and awards.
We're collecting items from our Girl Scouting past -- anything that may have appeared in the any of the Girl Scouting catalogs since 1912.
We're also collecting memorabilia of current events -- T-shirts, pins, photos, Service Unit reports. These are history in the making!

Please look in your attics and file drawers donate your Girl Scout memorabilia to the Heritage Collection of the Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama.

Since 1912, millions of women's lives have been positively influenced–sometimes even transformed–by their Girl Scout experience. Whether you are one of the millions of women who were Girl Scouts, including Brownie Girl Scouts, or you were a volunteer or staff member who worked at the national or local level to help Girl Scouts reach their full potential, you are forever connected to a rich and vibrant movement.

As a Girl Scout Alumnae, you know firsthand how transforming a positive program can be in a girl’s life. Whether you are actively involved with Girl Scouts or not, you can stay connected through the local and national Girl Scout Councils.

This is an effort to find Girl Scout Alumnae. We are looking for women who want to:
- connect with other former Girl Scouts in the area
- learn what Girl Scouting is doing today to help girls grow strong
- hear from current Girl Scouts about their wonderful projects and adventures
- return to camp for a weekend of Girl Scout fun
- join the national alumnae association to look for your former Troop members
And, you will have fun and help make the world a better place.
